Rooter Man Sonoma County

I had a blockage caused by roots in my septic distribution box. Too dense for me to clear and make the repair. I considered renting an electric eel rooter, these machines are about $100 for a day rental, but given my drain placement, it needed 2 people to operate it. Also, I watched Youtube videos about people getting these cables stuck in a pipe or (worse) mangling fingers when the cable twists. So I decided to hire professionals. I never used Rooterman services before but I called them at 9 AM on a Friday and they had two trucks at my house by 11 AM (very good.) The workers knew what they were doing and had a large, powerful eel machine. They were up front with a fixed price for clearing two lines (+$300) pretty reasonable. They spent about ninety minutes working and removed dense mud and packed roots from the lines and got the water flowing again, making a successful repair. Very nice cooperative workers. I'd hire them again.

Michael and his crew saved the day! We are so appreciative of their excellent service in showing up on-time, diagnosing an obstruction in our main sewer line, and availability to return the following day to excavate and repair the line. Called and made an appointment same day. Patrick came out who was very professional and knowledgeable. Assessed our plumbing needs and fixed the air gap for our dishwasher. Stuck around to ensure the repair had fixed the problem completely which it did. Fast, professional and fixed our issue doesn’t get much better! Will definitely use them again

Absolute pleasure to deal with Rooter Man. They replaced my sewage pipe quickly and it was hard to see where they had done any work after they left, despite digging two big holes at either end. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.
